Sound baths are often described as an energetic massage for the mind and body. In this deeply restorative and blissful experience, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and ocean waves while experiencing the healing energy of Reiki. Let go of stress and tension, allowing yourself to be rejuvenated and attuned to your highest frequency.
This magical morning on the beach at 1 Lighthouse St in Marina del Rey begins with an optional yoga class to relax your body and mind, preparing you for a peaceful, meditative state (think extended savasana!).
Optional yoga class will begin at 9:30am and sound bath will begin immediately after at 10:30am. Yoga class is suitable for all levels and beginners.
Full moons are a time of release and clearing away energy that clouds your frequency. Sound and reiki healing helps to clear this energetic noise and empowers you to move forward magnetized to your deepest desires, aspirations and highest potential. The July full moon, known as the Buck Moon, represents a time of regeneration and growth. A cycle has completed, but as one door closes, another is opening. The second full moon in a row arriving in the sign of Capricorn, this moon connects us to a grounded and practical energy that rewards our hard work and determination. It is a time to celebrate victories, let go of losses, and move forward with clarity, acceptance and bright optimism.
In this reiki infused sound bath experience, you will be guided into a peaceful meditative state where the healing vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls and other instruments will wash away any negative emotions, clearing your energetic field to make space for new beginnings, blessings and abundance. Reiki energy healing creates a blissful state and establishes a direct connection to your angels, spirit guides and higher self facilitating divine guidance and protection.
Bring a blanket or a yoga mat, wear sunscreen and water. Eye masks will be provided. You are also encouraged to bring a journal and any crystals or items you would like to infuse with reiki and the full moon.

Kelly Merryman Turner is a yoga teacher, sound and energy healer and the founder of Sol Ascend Frequency Healing. Her classes and private offerings online and in Los Angeles help her clients attune to their highest frequency of radiant health, joy and spiritual connection. As a spiritual wellness entrepreneur and a mother, she intimately knows how to balance self-care and spiritual growth with the challenges of everyday life. Through sound healing, reiki, yoga, breathwork and meditation, Kelly experienced profound shifts in her own life and discovered her calling to help others heal and grow. She has completed extensive training in vinyasa, kundalini, yin and restorative yoga and also holds certifications in sound healing, breathwork, Reiki and Seichem energy healing. In addition, Kelly provides training for sound healers and is a mentor with The Sound Healers Academy.
